Advice RN - Nurse Advice Call Center

Job Overview Call Center Advice RN – The Nurse Advice Call Center (Brea, CA) Position: Part‑time or full‑time, depending on availability. Responsibilities Under direction of Supervisor/Manager, responsible for triaging incoming calls, assessing needs and providing appropriate healthcare options, including facilitating referral to primary providers, health care facilities and community resources. Educate callers regarding immediate healthcare advice, potential health‑related risks, and wellness/prevention behaviors and opportunities. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. California Registered Nurse license upon hire. Case management or acute care experience in a healthcare setting (2 years preferred). Acute or ambulatory nursing experience (2 years required; 7 years preferred). Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
