NOW HIRING: Executive Director – Assisted Living
Are you an experienced senior living leader ready to make a meaningful impact? We're seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living community with a focus on exceptional resident care, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about serving seniors.
Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the Assisted Living community
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Manage budgets and financial performance
Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
Drive occupancy, customer satisfaction, and employee retention
Qualifications
Executive Director or Assisted Living leadership experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of state and federal Assisted Living regulations
Proven success managing operations, staffing, and budgets
Passion for providing exceptional care and service
