Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assess and triage patients effectively upon arrival. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes swiftly. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures. Engage in continuous education and training for professional development. Support families and caregivers by providing clear information and emotional support.
