About the Role
The Strategic Sourcing/Logistics Analyst-I is a key individual contributor responsible for leading sourcing activities across a variety of business initiatives. Acting as the primary sourcing expert and single point of contact for low-risk supplier engagements, this role partners with departments such as Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and Finance. Responsibilities include managing the full sourcing lifecycle—onboarding, proof-of-concept coordination, adoption tracking, and contract negotiation. The position also functions as a program management lead for pilots and supplier renewals, ensures rigorous reporting and stakeholder alignment, and champions both cost optimization and innovation. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in SaaS/software supplier evaluation, risk and value assessment, and collaborative project management using tools like Coupa, Zip, Intelagree, Monday.com, or Pivot.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for supplier onboarding, PO processing, and lifecycle management
• Lead proof-of-concept projects, track adoption outcomes, and establish processes for supplier renewals
• Serve as Program Management Officer for pilots and onboarding, ensuring structured tracking and communications
• Develop supplier strategy, risk frameworks, and best practices in partnership with relevant business functions
• Negotiate and structure complex supplier contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, licenses, and service agreements
• Build and deploy sourcing frameworks to support self-service and strategic guidance for high-complexity engagements
• Drive measurable business outcomes through supplier consolidation, cost reduction, and value-added initiatives
• Foster strong, trusted advisory relationships with internal stakeholders
• Execute sourcing projects and manage supplier engagement in partnership with senior sourcing leaders

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, preferably in tech/software categories
• Demonstrated experience managing sourcing pilots and adoption programs
• Strong negotiation skills with experience handling SaaS/software contracts
• Comfortable collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams
• Track record of risk-aware, strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills and a stakeholder-obsessed attitude
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related discipline (MBA/advanced degree a plus)
• Experience with sourcing/project management tools (e.g., Coupa, Zip, Intelagree, Monday.com, Pivot)
