Certified Hand Therapist

We are seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to join our Bellingham clinic. This role is ideal for a clinician experienced in upper‑extremity rehabilitation who values evidence‑based practice, patient‑centered care, and professional growth. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with upper‑extremity injuries and conditions Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, splinting, and patient education Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records Communicate with referral sources, case managers, and the clinical team Participate in continuing education and specialty skill development Qualifications Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT) or Occupational Therapy (OTD/OTR) program Washington State PT or OT license (or license‑eligible) Strong manual therapy and splinting skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centered care Experience with return‑to‑work cases preferred Benefits Competitive Salary & Incentive Bonus Pay Health Insurance Retirement Plan Generous Continuing Education Allowance Paid APTA Membership Paid Time Off Mentorship & Support In‑house Trainings & Specialty Growth Opportunities Capston e offers specialty programs in orthopedics, sports rehab, pelvic health, geriatrics, vestibular therapy, TMJ, and work injury rehabilitation.
