Inside Machinist Supervisor

Overview Oceaneering Marine Services Division (MSD) has over 30 years of experience providing full-service submarine and surface ship repairs supporting maintenance and alterations aboard commercial and U.S. military vessels. Oceaneering Aerospace and Defense Technologies (AdTech) delivers solutions that enable human Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production assignments, ensuring machinists are properly guided and supported in executing complex, non-repeatable machining tasks. Lead the creation, editing, and optimization of CNC programs for both lathe and mill operations using G-code and CAM platforms (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent), tailored to unique component geometries and material specifications. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience in a precision machine shop environment. Minimum ten (10) years of manual and CNC machining experience Demonstrated knowledge of trade tools, precision instruments, and machining resources.
