• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) of Physician Assistant (PA)
• Start ASAP and will be an ongoing assignment
• Community Health group in Southern Oregon
• Outpatient Primary Care clinic
• Clinic is open from Mon-Fri 8-6 typically
• Must be able to see all ages
• Must have 1+ yrs exp in Primary Care
