Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
• Understand each departments' general duties in order to direct calls accurately
• Open daily mail and distribute
• Send packages and creation of labels for shipping
• Daily scanning of invoices to branch locations
• Order and maintain company office supplies
• Maintains stock of kitchen, break, and conference room supplies
• Organize and tidy up Kitchen and conference room areas
• Support the accounting team with daily tasks
• Sit at front desk and be a warm welcome to any visitors
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills Required

• High school or GED equivalent required
• MS Word
• MS Excel Experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Outgoing personality
• Good Attention to Detail
• Organizational skills a must
• Cooperative /"Can do" Attitude
