Senior Business Solutions Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Solutions Analyst for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing efficient workflows, managing large-scale technical solutions, and mentoring junior analysts while leveraging extensive experience in loan markets and financial systems. Key responsibilities: Design and implement customized workflows for clients and internal partners Gather requirements and plan implementations in collaboration with project managers and technology partners Architect and drive complex projects, serving as a subject-matter expert and mentor to the team Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field 7 years of experience in financial industry technical projects, including 5 years in loan market-related projects Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SQL (MSSQL, Oracle, SQLite, Access) Deep understanding of corporate bank loans and the full trade cycle Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
