Associate - Finance - Engineering Procurement amp Construction EPC

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified associate in Washington, D.C. with a minimum of 2 years of experience in representing owners and developers in the drafting and negotiation of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts for complex energy and infrastructure projects. Duties Draft and negotiate EPC contracts for high-profile projects. Represent project sponsors in various industrial sectors. Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal support. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience. Experience with complex energy and infrastructure projects. Proven ability to draft and negotiate EPC contracts. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction of Washington, D.C. Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
