Home Dialysis Registered Nurse — Flexible Hours & On‑Call

U.S. Renal Care

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to train patients in home dialysis and provide ongoing support. You will conduct home visits, evaluate patient environments, and document care in the EMR to ensure continuity of service. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.
