The Steward is responsible for the cleanliness of all our restaurant/kitchens. This position is also responsible for sanitation and washing of all kitchen equipment, appliances, hoods and more! Essential Functions Provide exceptional guest service to all customers. Maintain a high level of cleaning and sanitation. Cleaning of all equipment and appliances in kitchens. Regular cleaning of satellite stations. Required Be able to lift up and operate heavy pieces of equipment (40lbs or more). Perform all duties while standing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling.
