DOE Location: Santa Clara, CA Position Type: Full-Time Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct safety and protocol walks, document findings, and drive corrective actions to closure. Enforce cleanroom protocols, PPE compliance, and audit requirements. Maintain compliant signage across labs and support areas. Manage FOUP/FOSB handling, storage, and reclaim shipments. Perform facility checks, particle sampling, and inspection support. Support customer visits, cleanup activities, and emergency response events. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, compliance, and operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous building cleaning or maintenance experience preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, officials, and the public. Ability to learn job duties and acquire required skills through on-the-job training. Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able tobend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
