Innophos is seeking a Millwright for our Chicago Heights, Illinois plant to perform the repair, adjustment, and preventive maintenance of all plant equipment. Key Responsibilities Responsible for performing the repair, adjustment, and preventive maintenance of all plant equipment (electrical, stationary, and mobile) Assist other skilled craft employees in repairs, as needed. Perform the duties as a member of the Emergency Response Teams and Confined Space Rescue Teams Shift Rotating Shift – 1st shift (7:00 am-3:00 pm), 2nd shift (3:00 pm-11:00 pm), 3rd shift (11:00 pm-7:00 am) Initially assigned to 1st shift for training Required to rotate between shifts throughout the calendar year – shift premium applied on 2nd and 3rd shifts Shift swaps are permitted, following site rules Alternative work schedules may be required based on site business needs Eligible for overtime pay on hours worked that exceed 8/day and 40/week Bi-weekly paid on Fridays Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision benefits which start the 1st of the month after hire Annual incentive bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance Tax advantaged health savings and spending accounts 401k eligibility with company match and annual discretionary contribution Time off: vacation, holidays/floating holidays, personal and sick days Company provided Life and Disability Insurance Paid Parental Leave Fitness Membership Reimbursement Program Educational assistance program The benefits set forth in this posting reflect Innophos’ current benefits for similarly situated employees, are subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of the applicable program policies and may be modified or discontinued by Innophos in the future (subject to applicable law). Required Education and Experience GED/High School Diploma or higher Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in repairing and maintaining production equipment Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical trades: Welding - oxyacetylene (arc) Pipefitting Machining Auto Mechanics Machinery repair Equipment operations Capable of safely working on tasks independently and with others Environmental and/or Physical Requirements Work is performed in the plant as well as the maintenance shop. There are frequent physical demands associated with this position, including regular lifting (some heavy), stair climbing, squatting working in extreme temperatures, handling tools, etc. $42.36 an hour Wages start at $42.36/hour in accord with the labor contract.
