HomeWell Care Services is hiring non-medical caregivers for our North San Diego area, from La Jolla to Oceanside, Poway to Bonsall.
We offer some of the highest rates hourly rates in the industry and our caregivers often comment on how much they appreciate the supportive and flexible work environment! Our Care Managers know you by name and are always available to assist the caregivers, provide additional training, take your immediate calls, etc.
We have the following work shifts available:

1. day shifts
2. evening shifts
3. overnight shifts

We are looking for reliable & compassionate people who want to grow their career in the home health care field, by providing non-medical care in the client's home. Our caregivers make a positive impact in the lives of seniors by ensuring their safety and promoting their independence. We offer bonus opportunities and health insurance, so ask us for detail


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing companionship to seniors
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing and bathroom assistance
• Performing light housekeeping tasks
• Planning and preparing meals
• Providing medication reminders
• Providing transportation to and from appointments

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience is a plus but not required. If you have cared for a family member or enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you.
• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect & have a strong work ethic
• Must have negative TB test results within 90 days of hire (sometimes we can assist with the cost after placement)
• Strict adherence to all state regulations and standards as a home care aid
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
• Your second language skills are a plus- helps you earn a higher rate/offers more job opportunities. We serve a diverse community of clients, who may ask for caregivers who speak Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, and more.
