Facilities Operations SupervisorThe Facilities Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects. The candidate will be an important member of the team to ensure that the goals & deadlines of this area are achieved.Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $30.00 to $34.00. Benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.Job Responsibilities:Maintains focus towards company policies, procedures, and objectives.Maintains all reports on projectsCreates project quotes and tracks themManages and maintains equipment requirementsCreates, maintains, and approves site Material Request Forms (MRFs)Qualifications:5-7 + years' experience in facilities managementRequires a Certified Trade Certification, engineering degree/diploma or equivalent experienceStrong ability to plan, develop, and coordinateAbility to multi-task and effectively communicateThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
