We’re looking for a Client Intake Specialist to serve as the gateway to our firm’s client experience and play a key role in supporting case acquisition. This position sets the tone for professionalism, responsiveness, and trust from the very first interaction. Blending client experience, structured intake, and operational precision, this role ensures every prospective client is heard, guided, and supported throughout the intake process. The Client Intake Specialist is responsible for gathering, organizing, and documenting critical client and case information, ensuring attorneys are equipped with complete and accurate details to efficiently evaluate potential matters.
