Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $27.00/hr plus $11 paid federal holidays (blended rate $28.08/hr) + $5.09/hr toward health and wellness benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient or ambulatory setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with patient assessments and documentation
• Support patient education and discharge planning
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need
Required:

• Degree: Certificate.
• Education: Graduation from a State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program or completion of equivalent military training that permits sitting for the State licensure examination. As an alternative to the education requirements in the basic contract, the HCW may be a graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program OR be a graduate of an accredited LPN program by ACEN, OR have completed an equivalent military training program.
• Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN working in an outpatient acute care (hospital based) or ambulatory care setting within the last two years.
• Certifications (in addition to Basic Life Support) - None
• Licensure: Possess a current unrestricted license to practice as an LPN/LVN in anyone (1) of the fifty (50) States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
