What You’ll Do Complete residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, tile, and general home repairs Troubleshoot and repair light plumbing and electrical issues Install doors, windows, fixtures, shelving, hardware, and cabinetry Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain repair solutions Maintain clean and organized job sites Document completed work and provide job updates Deliver high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer experiences What You Bring 10+ years of hands-on experience in construction, handyman services, or residential repairs Strong skills across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Strong customer service and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, organized, and team-oriented mindset Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Own basic tools needed for daily work Must live within the Northern Virginia service area Fluent English required 15+ years of experience preferred What We Offer Consistent, year-round work — we stay busy Company van and gas card provided Competitive hourly pay: $25 – $45/hour based on experience Bonus opportunities and customer tips Paid vacation and holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Supportive team culture where your work is respected and appreciated A steady flow of jobs without the stress of finding your own clients Schedule Monday – Friday (Day Shift) 1 Saturday per month Why Join Our Team?
