FirstFleet is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our long-standing dedicated Kroger account in Bluffton, IN. This is a stable, customer-dedicated opportunity with excellent pay, benefits, and late-model equipment.

Top Pay & Benefits:

• Earn $78,000 - $111,800 per year
• Earn $1,500 - $2,150 per week
• Top performers earn $105,000 per year
• $0.60 - $0.615 CPM, starting pay based on experience
• $4,500 sign-on bonus
• Paid out weekly over 6 weeks

Route Details:

• Hiring for 4 or 6 day work weeks
• Local and Regional routes – depending on location*
• Store deliveries with palletized freight
• Multi-stop routes
• Driver assist (Using motorized electric pallet jack)
• Must be able to drive nights and work weekends
• Dry van palletized shrink wrapped freight
• Loads average 425 miles roundtrip with 3-4 stop per load
• Consistent, reliable freight
• 24/7 dispatch available

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Class A CDL from your state of residence
• 3 months of verifiable experience
• No DUI/DWI convictions within past 5 years
• No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past 3 years
