Production Technician (Cleanroom)

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team in the assembly of life-saving medical devices. In this role, you will work in a controlled cleanroom environment where precision, consistency, and adherence to strict cleanliness standards are essential.

Full training will be provided. Success in this position depends on strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures exactly, and comfort working in a highly regulated cleanroom setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices according to detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Perform visual inspections and in-process checks to ensure product quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with cleanroom protocols
• Accurately complete production documentation and records
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory procedures
• Support continuous improvement and team goals
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Cleanroom & Appearance Requirements

This position requires working in a cleanroom-type manufacturing environment. The following rules are strictly enforced:

• No makeup, cosmetics, lip balm, unauthorized topical applications to exposed skin, perfume, cologne, scented body lotions or sprays, nail polish, or artificial nails may be worn
• No dangling jewelry may be worn outside of the enclosed smock (including bracelets and necklaces). Any earrings that extend past the earlobe must be fully covered by a bonnet, hair cover, or hood
• Bare legs must always be covered while in Manufacturing areas
• No personal grooming is permitted in any manufacturing areas
• Open-toed shoes are not permitted in Manufacturing areas

Candidates must be willing and able to fully comply with these requirements every day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict gowning and appearance standards
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or cleanroom experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
