We build LLM-powered research tools for the deal teams that cannot afford to get it wrong. Our clients include several of the top 10 global private equity firms, Big 4 professional services firms, and leading consulting practices. These are organizations deploying billions of dollars annually, and they rely on us to capture and surface the intelligence that drives their decisions.

We are profitable, bootstrapped, and about 30 people across London and New York. We 10x'd revenue in 2025 and are on track to grow 2 to 3x again this year. We save clients an average of 10 hours per week, and we are expanding fast into investment banking, hedge funds, and research firms.

What the role looks like

You are the third PM we have hired and you will own the core research workflow end to end. That means the roadmap, the execution loop, the QA, and the shipping. The goal is one major new feature per week. That is not an aspiration, it is the operating tempo.

Day to day you are talking to users, writing specs, making tradeoff calls with engineering and design, running testing plans, and keeping the people who need to know informed without burying them in updates. You will join sales and CS calls to demo the product and translate what you hear directly into priorities. There is no layer between you and the work.

You will also have the opportunity to build 0 to 1 add-on products alongside the core workflow work. The expectation is that you grow into a leadership role as the team scales around you.

What we are looking for

• You have shipped and iterated B2B SaaS products at a fast-moving company and you have the scar tissue to show for it. You know what good execution looks like because you have done it, not just managed it.
• You make good tradeoff calls under pressure, keep teams unblocked, and default to MVP and iterate rather than waiting for perfect. Low ceremony, high accountability is how you prefer to work.
• You are comfortable sitting with users and senior stakeholders and you do not need a script. You will be demoing the product, running discovery conversations, and translating messy customer feedback into sharp product decisions.
• You are a builder. You are happy to get into the details and use tools like Claude Code or Codex to make tweaks yourself rather than waiting on someone else to do it.
• You write and communicate with clarity. Your specs do not create confusion and your stakeholder updates do not require a follow-up meeting to interpret.
• You are in New York and genuinely want to be in the office five days a week. This is not a policy, it is how the team works and why it moves as fast as it does.
• A background in management consulting is a bonus, not a requirement. If you have it, you will hit the ground running with our users. If you do not, you will learn fast.

The opportunity

This is an individual contributor role with a clear path to leadership. We are not vague about that. As the product team grows, the person who has been running core workflow execution is the natural candidate to lead it. We promote from within because it is the only approach that makes sense at our stage.

The work itself is genuinely interesting. You are building AI-powered tools for some of the most analytically demanding users in the world, people who will tell you exactly what is broken and exactly what they need. The feedback loop is short and the bar is high. That is a good environment if you want to get better fast.

The comp is $160,000 to $220,000 depending on background, plus equity. Benefits include private healthcare, a gym membership, an in-office cook, and summers working from Greece. That last one is real.
