Product Manager

Job Title Product Manager – Vascular Location Santa Clara, CA Job Summary Support downstream marketing initiatives and programs for our vascular products within the U.S. commercial organization. Implement strategy from concept through a comprehensive execution approach, including conferences, digital media, and sales enablement. Responsibilities Build, develop, and execute downstream product‑specific marketing strategy and tactical plans to drive U.S. marketing strategic objectives. Collaborate with Marketing Communications to guide messaging, branding, and external communications. Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing programs and campaigns for core products. Develop, manage, and implement sales promotional pieces and sales tools (brochures, presentations, messaging, sales aids). Conduct market research to understand competitive offerings and provide positioning insights to the sales force. Support regional meetings, national sales meetings, and tradeshows to drive customer adoption. Gather customer experience insights through field activities with customers and sales personnel. Assist with day‑to‑day activities, serve as product expert, and troubleshoot. Manage conference activities, create symposium presentations, and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL). Support product launch planning and execution, working with Global Marketing, R&D, Sales Training, and other stakeholders. Manage external agency relationships to execute marketing campaigns and measure effectiveness. Assist with budget management and monitor sales volume, revenue, and quarterly share performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Minimum 5 years of sales, marketing, or clinical experience. Preferred: Master’s degree, medical device industry experience, product launch experience, project management track record. Experience in cross‑division or enterprise business environments. Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong interpersonal communication. Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow‑up skills with attention to detail. Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Rapid learning of technical product aspects and ability to serve as a field resource. Willingness to travel 15‑20% (U.S. only).
