Financial Services Representative Support Fidelity customers by answering inbound calls, completing account transactions, and placing trades while preparing for a future as the face of Fidelity in Investor Centers. The role includes paid training to obtain Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized career guidance, and opportunities for growth. What to Expect In the first year you’ll receive industry‑leading training and mentorship while working from home four days a week and spending one day at an Investor Center. Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top‑Off, and Series 66 licenses, fully paid by Fidelity, with support from coaching and study plans. Build and Solidify Skills: Work four days from home and one day at an Investor Center, assisting customers with increasing complexity. Dedicated time is provided each week for skill development, networking, and online classes.
