We are looking for a true Commercial HVAC Service Technician who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex HVAC systems without being told what to do. If you need someone else to tell you what part to change, this is not the position for you. If you can walk into a restaurant, grocery store, school, or commercial facility, quickly diagnose the problem, communicate with the customer, and fix it right the first time—we want to talk. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service Experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with: RTUs (Rooftop Units) Split Systems Heat Pumps Package Units Exhaust & Make‑Up Air Systems Walk‑In Coolers & Freezers (preferred) Restaurant HVAC Systems EPA Certification Required Valid Driver's License Clean Driving Record Ability to work independently Strong customer service and communication skills Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment Perform preventative maintenance inspections Communicate repair recommendations to customers Complete digital service reports with photos Maintain truck inventory and tools Respond to emergency service calls when scheduled Represent Pro-Serv professionally at all times What Success Looks Like High first‑time fix rate Strong troubleshooting ability Minimal callbacks Excellent customer communication Ability to work independently Positive attitude and team‑first mindset What We Offer Competitive Pay Based on Experience Company Service Truck Fuel Card Company Phone & Tablet Uniforms Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Ongoing Training & Certifications Advancement Opportunities Why Pro-Serv?
