The primary purpose will be to administer our preemployment process for new hires including background checks, motor vehicle record checks, scheduling drug testing and occupational health exams and ensuring I-9s are completed timely, submit new hire relocations to 3rd party vendor and DOT history checks.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Establish supportive relationships with recruiters, generalist, and hiring managers while maintaining customer satisfaction for internal and external customers through the pre-employment/onboarding processProcess and monitor new hires for pre-employment screenings to include background requests and motor vehicle reportsCoordinate and schedule pre-employment drug screens and occupational health examsProcess new hire relocation requestsProcess Department of Transportation verifications and history checksEnsure timely I-9 completionKnowledge of working with Department of Transportation with Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) for drug and alcohol testing preferredOther duties as assignedRequirements:Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
