Bilingual Production SupervisorPay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Bilingual Production Supervisor to help lead daily operations in a growing manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting production employees, coordinating workflow, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive team culture.This position is much more than production oversight. We are looking for a leader who can build strong relationships with employees, communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and create an environment where people feel supported, respected, and accountable.The ideal candidate is a servant leader who leads by example, develops trust with employees, and helps teams work through challenges while maintaining productivity and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead and support daily production operationsSupervise production employees and provide coaching, guidance, and accountabilityCommunicate company goals, expectations, and priorities in both English and SpanishBuild positive working relationships with employees across multiple backgrounds and culturesAddress employee concerns and help resolve workplace conflicts professionallyMonitor workflow, staffing, and production schedulesPartner with ownership and leadership to proactively identify and solve operational challengesSupport employee training and onboarding effortsMaintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards throughout the facilityAssist with workforce planning and scheduling as production needs changePromote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on respect, communication, and continuous improvementUtilize Microsoft Office and general computer systems for communication, scheduling, reporting, and production-related documentationQualificationsFluent in both English and SpanishPrevious leadership experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or operations environmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and credibility with employees at all levelsExperience supervising teams and handling employee relations issuesStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and production demandsComfortable working in a hands-on leadership role on the production floorProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with general computer systems and day-to-day administrative tasksPreferred QualificationsManufacturing leadership experienceExperience leading diverse and multicultural workforcesExperience with employee training and developmentBilingual leadership experience in a production environmentWhat Success Looks LikeStrong employee engagement and communicationPositive relationships throughout the production teamHigh levels of quality and productivityA culture where employees feel supported while maintaining performance expectations
