About the Assistant General Manager Role in Dover, DE:

As our Assistant General Manager in Dover, DE, you'll partner with the GM to oversee daily operations, lead and develop staff, drive sales, manage P&L, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact and a clear path to General Manager.

What You'll Do:

Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver top-tier service
Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and quality control
Drive financial performance through cost controls, labor management, and sales growth
Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Step in as acting GM when needed
