VP, Multifamily Equity Investments & Acquisitions

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a VP of Equity Investments to lead all multifamily acquisitions within the Southeast/Midwest territories, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, and closing core, core plus, and value-add properties. The role covers debt and equity investments, with a focus on building a robust pipeline and managing outside counsel.
