Now Hiring – Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)

Location: Hyannis, MA

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts

Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend + Rotating Holidays

Job Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital emergency department setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while managing critical and complex cases.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of recent ER RN experience
• At least 1 year of ER travel experience
• Active Massachusetts RN License
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• Strong IV therapy, IV start, ventilator care, and telemetry monitoring skills
• Ability to pass Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• TNCC Certification
• ENPC Certification
• PALS Certification
• De-escalation Certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care using the nursing process
• Assess patients physically, psychologically, and socially
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Perform IV insertion, wound care, and emergency interventions
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Assist in discharge planning and patient education
• Support and guide ancillary staff in patient care delivery
• Function as charge nurse when required
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced ED environment
