We are seeking a full-time Client Account Manager - B2B Sales who thrives on community interaction, independent management, and face-to-face engagement within a structured Monday-through-Friday daytime routine. This role centers entirely on cultivating, managing, and strengthening long-term professional relationships with local business owners and their teams to help them understand and review available benefit options.

No previous corporate or industry-specific experience is required; every single professional on the team starts on the ground floor to master core client communication and relationship-building firsthand.

Your Daily Focus

In this position, you will act as a dedicated liaison, balancing collaborative office strategy with active field-based client care. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Executing face-to-face consultations directly with business owners and key decision-makers to assess their team's needs.

  • Cultivating, managing, and protecting long-term professional client relationships across the market.

  • Delivering structured service presentations and guiding client teams through clear program and benefit selections.

  • Facilitating scheduled on-site employee enrollments and providing ongoing, dedicated support to your book of business.

  • Utilizing modern digital CRM tools to track your daily progress, monitor activity, and hit team objectives.

What Fits Best (Qualifications)

  • Backgrounds as a warehouse lead, shift supervisor, crew foreman, restaurant captain, or retail assistant manager are highly valued and encouraged.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with an innate ability to build professional rapport quickly.

  • Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English.

  • Schedule structure: Comfort working a standard Monday to Friday daytime schedule (no nights or weekends required).

  • A self-motivated, disciplined work ethic paired with a highly coachable attitude.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required for local daily travel to client locations.

  • A willingness to complete the standard state professional licensing process (comprehensive preparation resources and step-by-step guidance are fully provided during onboarding).
