What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor gas compressor facilities daily, ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Handle on-call duties and operate company vehicles to travel to different locations.
• Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Keep precise records of facility operations and communicate effectively with team members.
• Collaborate with foremen, mechanics, lease operators, and contractors to support operational excellence.
• Take on special projects and other duties as assigned, continually expanding your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of mechanical or oilfield-related experience preferred.
• Prior experience with compressor gas lift operations is a plus.
• Experience with CAT 3500, 3600, and Ariel compressors highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to assist in repairs and troubleshooting.
• Valid vehicle operator's license with a clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with compressor systems in oilfield or gas lift operations.
• Familiarity with oilfield safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on mechanical or oilfield experience, especially in compressor operations.

• Willingness to operate a company vehicle and handle on-call responsibilities.
