The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, refined creative judgment, excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate strategy into polished, audience-centered design. They are collaborative, concept-driven and energized by the opportunity to help shape how our brand shows up in the world.**The right candidate will partner closely with writers, strategists, marketers and creative team members to create high-impact creative work, steward brand standards, develop cohesive cross-channel experiences and mentor others through design excellence.**Experience with digital, motion or multimedia platforms is valuable, but exceptional graphic design skill, brand sensibility and visual problem-solving are the core priorities for this role. Prior health care marketing experience is not required.
