Overview The Behavioral Health LCSW provides specialized psychosocial support to transplant patients and their families, addressing behavioral health needs throughout the transplant continuum. This role focuses on promoting sustained wellness, adherence to medical and behavioral recommendations, and improving quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Qualifications Education : Masters Degree in Social Work (Required) Work Experience : 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in behavioral health or transplant/medical setting (Required). Experience with addiction specialty (Preferred). Licenses and Certifications : Eligible for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia (Required).
