General Manager OpportunityGeneral Managers are the leaders of the restaurant management team. They provide direction, training, and expertise to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and each shift achieves its business goals. Under the direction of a District Manager, the General Manager is responsible for the restaurant's daily operations, including:Maintain day-to-day financial controlsCreate and manage staff schedulesInterview, hire, train, and orientate teamOversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relationsExercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility managementEnsure health and safety inspections and standards are metCompetitive pay with bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible hours and schedule, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, performance evaluations every 12 months, clear career path and opportunities, and a 6-10 week training program.High school diploma or GED must be present.
