Join our team as an Assembly Technician and help assemble the electronic consoles that bring our premium fitness equipment to life. What You'll Do Assemble electronic consoles and components for commercial fitness equipment according to work instructions and quality standards. Install wiring harnesses, displays, touchscreens, circuit boards, and other electronic components. Perform functional testing to verify consoles operate correctly before shipment. Identify and report quality concerns or production issues. Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency. Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve assembly issues. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Experience assembling electronic or mechanical components is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team. Why Join Us?
