Responsibilities and Duties Essential functions of the position include: Following up and securing new maintenance accounts using an assigned pick-up truck, pool cleaning equipment, and chemicals provided by the employer. The associate will clean, service, and chemically treat pools. Reviewing paperwork and records thoroughly. Monitoring and controlling individual inventory. Maintaining a profitable pool maintenance route. Learning different filter systems and operations. Learning proper pool maintenance procedures. Qualifications and Skills Position qualifications and requirements include: High school diploma or GED. Experience maintaining a pool route. High standards for work quality and professional image. Ability to communicate politely and complete work timely and accurately. Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions when safe. Valid driver’s license in Texas with a clean driving record. Strict adherence to road signs, driving rules, and regulations, demonstrating safe and courteous driving habits while operating company vehicles. Physical Requirements This position requires: Applicants to be 18 years or older. High stamina for physical labor, including working in heat and adverse weather. The ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, stretch, and climb regularly.
