Job Description

• We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer / QA Automation Lead with 8 10 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in UI test automation, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Selenium, Playwright, API automation, CI/CD, Git/GitHub, and Agile methodologies.
• The ideal candidate should be capable of developing, maintaining, and executing automated test suites and should have strong troubleshooting skills for automation failures.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8 10 years of QA/Test Automation experience

• Strong scripting and automation framework experience

• PEGA BPM

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate existing manual test cases using client-recommended tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test suites.
• Set up test data required for automated testing.
• Execute automated tests and schedule test execution jobs through CI/CD pipelines and GitHub.
• Maintain automation suites and troubleshoot/fix script failures.
• Identify and close automation gaps.
• Analyze automation failures and implement appropriate fixes.
• Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies.
• Provide regular testing and automation status updates to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other technical teams.
• Ensure automated testing supports quality, reliability, and timely delivery.
