CNA - Hospital/Clinic

CNA/PCT Opportunity in Hospital Setting Provide compassionate and skilled CNA/PCT support in a fast-paced hospital setting, assisting with patient care and ensuring comfort. Responsibilities: Assist nursing staff with daily patient care activities in the Interventional Care Unit. Monitor patients using telemetry and other cardiac life-support equipment. Support with post-operative care for vascular and cardiac surgery patients. Document patient information accurately in Meditech Expanse EMR system. Float to IMCU, PCNT, and Med-Surg units as needed, maintaining flexibility. Adhere to hospital protocols for safety, infection control, and patient privacy. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of CNA/PCT experience in a hospital environment. Valid VA license or Compact license required at submission. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Experience with telemetry monitoring and cardiac monitors. Strong critical thinking, dependability, and teamwork skills. Basic proficiency with EMR systems, especially Meditech Expanse.
