The role also collaborates with planning to make the most cost-effective decisions on what trailers to pull and where to return them. In doing so, we maintain balance and always have an available a trailer for our drivers and our customers. Position Functions: * Analyze trailer networks * Using McLeod, update and communicate trailer locations and return destinations * Collaborate with repositions team opportunities and need * Collaborate with account management on new awards and exiting business * Manage the fulfillment of trailers needed for new business * Work with operations to drive data integrity * Manage logistics Power only pools * Collaborate in-person with all levels of the organization to harness collective intelligence of the workforce. * Attend all in-person meetings and trainings on recent developments, goals, and objectives. Participate in such discussions by offering input and advice. * Regularly engage remotely and in-person with customers and potential customers to establish rapport, open communication, and expectations. What We're Looking For: Education * Associate's degree or equivalent required. * Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested. Experience * 1+ years Operations experience including Customer Service, Fleet Management, or Load Planning required * Trailer Management System Exposure is preferred * Transportation, Logistics, and/or Tech experience is preferred Skills & Abilities * Adept at assessing organizational dynamics and managing change * Works quickly and efficiently. Able to test solutions, learn, and iterate quickly * Proactive and pragmatic problem solver * Communicates effectively across multiple mediums Licenses & Certifications * None Supervisory Responsibility * None Work Environment / Physical Requirements - Normal office settings.
