Key Responsibilities:

• Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, wrap, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization activities, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with operating room and nursing teams to ensure timely supply of sterile instruments
• Adhere strictly to hospital and regulatory guidelines for infection control and patient safety
• Monitor biological and chemical indicators to ensure effectiveness of sterilization processes
