• Competitive base salary + incentive pay (compensation $85,000-$110,000)

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Are a licensed Physical Therapist (entry-level or experienced)
• Utilize manual therapy and targeted exercise progressions to return patients to full strength, not just basic ADLs
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, personalized care

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Virginia PT license (or are eligible)
