Responsibilities Διαχείριση χαρτοφυλακίων καθυστερήσεων, κυρίως τραπεζικής προέλευσης (retail). Επικοινωνία με οφειλέτες και διαπραγμάτευση ρυθμίσεων οφειλών. Παρακολούθηση συμφωνιών και αξιολόγηση εναλλακτικών τρόπων αποπληρωμής. Συνεργασία με νομικό τμήμα για την προώθηση απαραίτητων νομικών ενεργειών. Απαιτούμενα Προϋπηρεσία σε διαχείριση τραπεζικών χαρτοφυλακίων καθυστερήσεων. Εμπειρία σε ρυθμίσεις οφειλών, κυρίως retail. Κατανόηση βασικών νομικών διαδικασιών σε θέματα οφειλών. Ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης και επικοινωνίας. Επιθυμητά προσόντα Σπουδές Οικονομικών/Νομικών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου. Χρήση εργαλείων CRM & MS Office. Ομαδικό πνεύμα και προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα.
