EHR Data Integrity Analyst - Validation
Community Health Systems
Community Health Systems is seeking an HIIM Data Integrity Analyst-Validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records within the EHR. You will review, index, and validate documentation to meet regulatory standards, including TJC and Medicare COP, and assign deficiencies to providers for correction. Responsibilities include validating scanned records, proper indexing to facility and patient, managing validation queues, batch indexing, and monitoring TOC accounts to support timely #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Health Systems
