You’ll be the driving force behind keeping our fleet in top-notch condition. From diesel engines to transmission systems, you’ll be the expert who ensures our trucks are road-ready, reliable, and roaring to go! Why You’ll Love It Here:$2/hour shift differential for night shiftsExtra pay per hour for ASE certifications (Brakes, Suspension, PMs)PTO that starts accruing on day oneMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (multiple plan options)Employer-Paid Basic Life & Long-Term Disability InsuranceEmployer Contributions to Health Savings Account (Bi-Weekly)401(k) with company match (after 1 year) Requirements:Clean, valid driver’s licenseMust possess or obtain a toolbox and required tools1+ year of shop experience doing DOT annual inspections or brakes, or tech school certification What You’ll Do:Perform preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration, and APU unitsTroubleshoot and repair fuel, electrical, drivetrain, brake, suspension, and cooling systemsReplace brakes and handle trailer ABS systemsComplete FHWA inspections and tire services (mount, balance, repair)Repair trailer bodies, rear doors, and structural componentsHandle both interior/exterior trailer cleaningPerform APU service and general road serviceMaintain a clean and organized work areaOperate forklifts, hoists, and company/customer vehiclesReefer unit experience is a plusAdditional duties as assignedTake a Closer Look Watch our team in action!Transport Refrigeration Services is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.No recruiting agencies, please.
