Salary: $176,800 - 187,200 per year Requirements:
- We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical discipline.
- We need 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure and WebSphere environments.
- We need 5+ years of experience in software architecture patterns and systems design.
- We value proven experience in the banking domain, specifically banking payments applications.
- We expect a strong grasp of Agile product delivery and product lifecycle management.
- We look for technical knowledge across Agile delivery, continuous delivery, software architecture, Spring Boot, payment systems, and product roadmapping.
- We seek strong client-facing communication, collaboration, and the ability to translate business goals into technical outcomes.
- We manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap using data-informed decisions and human-centered design principles.
- We partner with engineering teams to shape architectural choices across cloud infrastructure and WebSphere environments.
- We translate complex business needs into clear technical epics, user stories, and feature specifications.
- We collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to share progress, incorporate user feedback, and support smooth delivery.
- We act as the technical bridge between business vision and engineering execution to drive innovative banking payment solutions.

We are Randstad Digital, supporting a leading financial services client on an innovative banking payments product initiative. This is a remote telecommute contract opportunity with a schedule of 8am to 5pm.
