Service Account Manager (Denver, CO)

About this role The Service Account Manager position is responsible for profitable execution, growth and satisfaction of their customer base. As a leader in the organization, the role is responsible for driving the productivity, development and retention of your team. You will project, drive and deliver results both within the team and assist in developing client relationships. As a leader and owner of service relationships, your goal is to identify and deliver opportunity, as well as drive account penetration to achieve overall business targets. Key Responsibilities Attract, train and retain all critical roles within the service department. Ensure overall safety of team, including training, PPE and constant awareness of safety protocol. Working with territory manager and sales manager, develop service execution plan to meet annual financial service plan. Ensure proper staffing levels and labor loading requirements are met so that financial targets can be achieved. Ensure complete delivery of financial commitment. Meet plan for agreement execution, T&M quotes and reactive service, as well as execution of service executed projects. Ensure agreement retention rate of 100%. This includes on time renewals and agreement escalations. Drive the business to a higher standard, leveraging technology based offerings and agreement value drivers. Drive team to meet customer pull through discovery, quote closure and execution to area plan. Engage all local trade resources to recruit technical and support team. Ensure department succession plan is established and communicated to area general manager. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in leading a team 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role 1+ years in MS Office and advanced estimating or execution tools. Valid Driver’s License Preferred Qualifications Very strong written and verbal communication skills Technical aptitude with knowledge of local building codes and an ability to use resources at hand to develop solutions. BS degree with engineering core BA degree with project management Strong business and accounting acumen. Ability to multitask and manage multiple issues concurrently Knowledge of HVAC control and mechanical systems. Strong project management skills. Experience with cloud based delivery tools (ServiceMax, SalesForce, Cora), and other tools preferred. Strong team environment and leadership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Carrier
