Speech-Language Pathologist (Rehabilitation)

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (Rehabilitation) at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, working closely with our patients to help them achieve their goals and regain independence. Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including speech, language, and cognitive training, to patients with a range of diagnoses and conditions

• Work collaboratively with other members of the rehabilitation team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Implement evidence-based practices and interventions, and adapt treatment plans as needed to meet individual patient needs

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs to stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology
