Onboarding Specialist (Remote)

The Onboarding Specialists team builds the first impression for every restaurant partner. They evaluate new partners, configure accounts with precision, and ensure partners go live successfully. The team maintains onboarding standards, builds restaurant profiles, reviews automation tool output, and collaborates across functions within project‐management frameworks. What You’ll Do Onboard new and existing catering partners using the Guided Onboarding tool and related automation to translate data into actionable plans. Prioritize multiple work streams while managing competing stakeholder priorities and service‑level agreements. Uphold onboarding requirements and articulate the rationale behind them to partners and internal teams. Communicate directly with restaurant partners—both existing and new—to ensure a smooth, efficient experience. Provide solution‑oriented feedback to improve processes and tools. Make an immediate impact on company goals and contribute to the success of thousands of restaurant partners. Identify, test, and support process improvements for team tools. Lead testing and implementation of new processes, remaining nimble, solution‑oriented, and vocal with feedback. What You Have Exceptional attention to detail to manage many moving parts. Strong communication skills, comfortable explaining processes, standards and timelines to partners and prospects. Big‑picture thinking, anticipating the next two steps in team innovation. Passion for change; willing to iterate and improve constantly. High‑volume, multitasking ability, treating prioritization as second nature. Technical knowledge; experience with technical services and platforms (Hubspot is a plus). Adaptability and inquisitiveness, thriving amid ambiguity and constant change. Drive toward excellence with a record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives. Team player, building relationships with stakeholders across departments. Availability to travel up to five days per quarter for team events when applicable. Compensation and Benefits The national total target cash compensation for this position ranges from $50,872 to $60,848 annually. Final offers depend on experience, expertise and region and may vary. The range excludes other compensation benefits such as equity, 401(k), medical, dental or vision insurance. We do not sponsor work visas or legal permanent residence.
