Affiliate Marketing Strategist

As an Affiliate Strategist, you thrive on finding the perfect balance between client satisfaction and team success. Your approach is strategic and analytical, and you've garnered valuable experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, both in agency and brand settings. You're a self-starter who navigates ambiguity with ease, always ready to deliver data-driven business solutions to both clients and your team. Your appetite for growth and challenges is insatiable, and you're adept at championing this mindset within your team. Some of the duties will include and are definitely not limited to: Managing, negotiating, developing, and nurturing affiliate partners for a diverse client portfolio. Pulling weekly and monthly reports to evaluate performance, partner activity, and areas for optimization, presenting findings to clients. Crafting strategies to enhance performance through commission structure testing, dynamic attribution, and cross-channel analysis. Ensuring efficient workflow and processes, adjusting as needed for optimal productivity. Handling day-to-day tasks within the affiliate network. Qualifications: 1-2 years of Affiliate Marketing experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Experience distilling client goals into specific tasks that are prioritized, executed, and measured Excited and comfortable working with established brands Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Experience with affiliate networks like Impact, Pepperjam or ShareASale and reporting dashboard, Affluent Exposure to different verticals / business models such as subscription, retail, B2B, CPG, App, etc Extraordinarily strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Knowledge of G-suite & excel Must be inquisitive and proactive Able to adopt, document, and teach best practices of new partners and teammates Experience training and coaching junior team members and building small teams that are rapidly growing (establishing new workflows, processes and objectives) Standard ability to comprehend and discuss attribution & LTV Our interview process includes, but is not limited to, the following: Cognitive Aptitude, Excel and Typing Test Logic assessment on Excel We offer a competitive salary and benefits based on ability level, including: Unlimited vacation policy Monthly Phone Stipend Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options 401(K) plan with matching Dog friendly office Hybrid work opportunity Professional Development Program Bonus Perk - Seamless allowance Total compensation based on education, experience, and skills level ($50,400-$88,000) Level 1 - $50,400-$57,920 Level 2 - $57,920-$65,440 Level 3 - $65,440 - $72,960 Possesses notable capabilities.
